What is Bowen therapy?
Bowen therapy is a gentle soft tissue technique that use a rolling technique over specific points on the body to stimulate the nervous system and relax the muscles. Between each set of points there is a short break to allow the system to balance and the body to respond. The first treatment targets the whole body to create relaxation and balance, and subsequent treatments target the specific concerns more directly.
